Sewing day for beginners.

We cover a broad base of sewing skills such as top stitching, hemming, seam finishings, construction, appliqué, etc with the aim of gaining confidence and getting enjoyment out of making your own products whilst making a beautiful looking bag.

Sewing Day for Improvers

We will be expanding on your existing skills and go into more detail. Make your own cushion cover using piping and sewing in a covered zip. Our aim is to increase your confidence whilst giving you a fun and enjoyable experience to feel sure when tackling more advanced sewing projects.

Sewing course for beginners: Learn practical skills and creative techniques

An 8 week sewing course full of hands projects thought in a fun and engaging way.

Some of the area's we will cover are:
- Mastering a variety of seams, stitches and finishings.
- Experiment with colours, pattern and fabric properties.
- How to sew zips, buttonholes, corners, curves and darts.
- Try appliqué or patchwork to give projects a whole different twist.
- Mastering hems so shortening or lengthening becomes a doddle.
